Traditional Austrian-style Restaurant
Brand new to Sparkling Hill Resort is the traditional Austrian-style restaurant, Gerni’s Farmhouse! Now open for lunch, Gerni’s Farmhouse is a cozy new option for dining at Sparkling Hill Resort, serving up bratwursts, pretzels, and more traditional fare. While eating your fill, be sure to be inspired by the building’s architecture. Completed in October 2021, Gerni’s Farmhouse is an original 16th century building from Weerberg, Austria that was dismantled in 2019, shipped to Canada, and rebuilt on the resort by Holzbau Maier.
Gerni’s Farmhouse is currently open from 11am – 3pm daily, and can be enjoyed by both resort guests and the general public over 16 years of age.
